Pasta to warm your heart and hearty breakfast fare
I wanted to share some recent food photography that I photographed at my Denver home studio, I focused on a classic English breakfast of toast and beans with some fresh-squeezed juice. I wanted the scene to have a sunny early morning atmosphere.

I also wanted to create a hearty pasta plate, now that the weather is changing and temperatures are cooler.

Photographing food can be a delightful adventure, transforming ordinary ingredients into a fun and engaging image. I wanted to drum up a cocktail beverage with lemon and mint, and while I was working on that my daughter happened by and she was blowing bubbles into her glass of milk. I liked the way it looked so figured I would use the scene I’d set up for the cocktail below, and I also shot her milk bubbles. I loved the look of the bubbles against the vibrant blue backdrop.
